SM Development Corporation (SMDC), the developer of residential condominium projects of SM Land, Inc., recently launched Phase Two of Sea Residences.
The launch was held at the SMX Convention Center, with executives of SMDC, led by its president Rogelio R. Cabuñag and unit buyers for Sea Residences Phases 1 and 2 in attendance.
Sea Residences is SMDC's sixth residential project within Metro Manila. Located within the SM Mall of Asia Complex, Sea Residences offers the feel of a tropical resort with greenery, swimming and wading pools as well as a clubhouse, right at the heart of a bustling urban zone. Residents at Sea Residences will also have the daily pleasure of viewing either the world-famous Manila Bay sunset or the commanding Makati skyline.
Sea Residences Phase Two offers fully furnished units. Residents will move into well-appointed units that exude luxury and relaxation.
Adelaida Cobres, SMDC Assistance Vice President and Project Director of Sea Residences said that Phase Two of Sea Residences represents about 30% of the project.

The project, according to Architect Cobres, has been well received by the market, with brisk sales of units in Phase One of Sea Residences following the project groundbreaking in June 2008.
"We are on-track to turn-over all units for Phase One by July 2011," said Architect Cobres,
Once completed, Sea Residences will be composed of six, 15-storey towers with a total of 2,580 units.
Aside from Sea Residences, SMDC has six other residential projects in various stages of completion: Chateau Elysee, a mid-rise condomiunium community in Parañaque; Mezza Residences, across SM City Sta. Mesa; Lindenwood Residences, a residential subdivision in Susana Heights, Muntinlupa; Berkeley Residences, along Katipunan Road across Ateneo and Miriam College; Grass Residences, beside SM City North EDSA and Field Residences, adjacent to SM City Sucat in Parañaque.
